Led research and design for a new forex data product, validated demand with 6,000 organic waitlist signups, and launched to 2,000 daily active users creating an entirely new revenue stream.

Ria's $4 Million/yr Limit
Led research uncovering that 50,000 annual transaction rejections were costing millions in revenue and losing customers to competitors. Designed transparency features that increased transaction values by $80 and converted confused users into confident senders.

Xe.com Redesigning for Trust
Redesigned Xe's outdated website for high-income global citizens. Strategic focus on bank comparisons and premium design resulted in +26% conversion increase and restored credibility with users who demand white glove service.

Nike Virtual BRS, Creating Community in Quarantine
When COVID-19 shut down Nike's legendary maker space, I rebuilt it virtually for our 3d Modeling club to meet in real time. The Virtual BRS gave 300 isolated designers a place to collaborate, critique, and create together during a time when we had all lost our community spaces.
About me
I've spent my career asking: what if the complicated and frustratingly wasteful systems around us worked 100x better? What could we achieve in pushing the boundaries of quality of life, abundance, and exploration?
That's why I became a product designer. I work at the intersection of messy business problems and intuitive solutions. Whether it's untangling compliance requirements in international fintech or rebuilding a creative community during a pandemic, I'm drawn to challenges where "it's complicated" is just the starting point, never the excuse.
My approach is straightforward: deep research, strategic thinking, and designs that create measurable value.
I've led user research and design at global companies like Nike, Euronet Worldwide, Xe, and Ria Money Transfer—always focusing on the same goal: turning complicated systems into experiences that just work.
Currently, I'm leading UI and UX design at Emerge, tackling one of logistics' biggest challenges: building a $100B+ freight marketplace and procurement platform. I'm designing everything from data analytics platforms to optimization workflows, expanding our design system, and actively prototyping with AI to accelerate our design cycles.
I'm motivated by problems that impact people's lives, businesses, and the planet. If you're working on something that matters and needs someone who can translate complexity into clarity, let's talk.
